By Paying your invoice you agree to all the below policies.
DEPOSIT CLAUSE
-Please note that your deposit (same as first payment) is NONREFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
-Order date will be secured as soon as the deposit has been received.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
-Delivery fees may occur outside of Auburn.
-30 minutes to 1 hour from Auburn, AL city limits $60
-Any further will be considered on a case to case basis.
ACTS OF GOD OF FORCE MAJEURE
-If an occurrence such as fire, flood, earthquake,, or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel your wedding Sweet as Cakes will apply all payments made to your future event.
WEDDING DATE CHANGE
- In the event the couple is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by Sweet as Cakes Auburn to accommodate this change.
-Date change cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE
-In the event of a cancellation all payments made to the date are non-refundable.

Legality
*All payments are non-refundable once tendered. Clients shall pay any attorneys fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent fees stated in the fee schedule. If this contract is signed less than thirty (30) days from the wedding date, payment in full shall be due upon signing of the contract and all payment shall be non-refundable. If payment in full is not made prior to one month before your event date Sweet as Cakes reserves the right to deny service.
DISCLAIMER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
*Upon signing the contract you will also be sent a Disclaimer and Liability form to go over and sign. This form outlines Sweet as Cakes Auburns guarantee and responsibility should you choose to display the cake in a higher than recommended temperature.
